Workshop No 6: IT quality strategy

  • How do we know we provide the RIGHT IT quality? Are we over or under expanding?
  • What are the methods/tools to balance Speed/quality/risks/costs?Do we take into account tangible (metrics) and intangible (users’ satisfaction) criteria?
  • How to periodically review our quality strategy according to fast technological changes (HW and network reliability, maintenance, cloud...)?
  • Is the EFQM framework applicable to IT?
